Hustle Hack #7: Focus on Problems
Focus on Problems, Not Products
One of the biggest mindshifts that affiliate marketers need to make is this: Affiliate marketing isn’t about pushing products. It’s about solving problems.
If you present the solution to someone's problem - you have their attention. The bigger the problem, the more urgent the need to solve it.
You're not selling, you're helping.
Your audience doesn’t wake up thinking, “I want to buy a course.” They wake up thinking:
❌ “I don’t have enough time.”
❌ “I’m tired of living paycheck to paycheck.”
❌ “I wish I had more freedom.”
The affiliate product should feel like the exact thing they have been searching for to solve their problem. If you have to sell hard to convince the buyer, there is already a hint of distrust.
"Will this really work for me?"
The sales page should have them nodding their head, telling themselves "finally SOMEONE gets it. This is exactly what I need."
Your job is to connect the product to the problem. When you do, the sale feels natural, one friend sharing a recommendation to another.
👉 Shift your focus → problems first, products second.
